I became a licensed real estate agent in December 2005. Not great timing on my part, but I have learned how to complete a real estate transaction the correct and legal way. I have worked with both buyers and sellers on regular sales, foreclosures and short sales in both residential home sales and vacant land transactions. I have also provided asset management companies with Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) which keeps me current with market values. I am willing to work hard for your business. I go above and beyond to make sure a transaction goes smoothly and will do what it takes to close escrow as scheduled.  I have a positive and upbeat personality and believe in close communication. I answer my phone and don't believe that my job is Monday through Friday 8-5.  Education is the key to being a successful Realtor. I keep up with the latest programs and changes in our market.
